Evening Performances

Come and join us for a very special Shake Celebration of Art, Music and Cultural Performances starting at 7pm!  Shakefest on a festival level is taking a breather this year but we are keeping the Shake spirit alive and are planning a special set of acts ranging from art films, Oriental, Irish and Hip Hop dance to interactive cultural dance and spoken word in the Grand Ballroom of Charleville Castle on Saturday, May 28th starting at 7pm that will surely not disappoint.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   Attendants are encouraged to bring a donation of either €10 per adult (children free) or the equivalent value of some food or drink to share, to help enhance the communal, casual and joyous atmosphere.  Camping is still available at €10 per adult or €20 per family (up to 2 adults and 3 children) and can be paid upon arrival on the night – just come early to set your tent up before the show starts!  Gates are open from 4pm and parking is in the castle forecourt.
